The Colloge Basketball Experience

The College Basketball Experience a type of museum that has just opened in downtown Kansas City, MO. Home to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame. I am putting this blog up because I think people will really enjoy a Museum about basketball with interactive features, especially with the games going on during this time. Some of the interactive features are a "Beat the clock" where you have to shoot a number of free throws before the clock runs out, and a "Kids Court" where kids from ages 2-9 play against each other.

The U.S. National Arboretum and Textile Museum

Alright bloggers, my blog this week is about the U.S. National and Textile Museum. The U.S. National Arboretum is all about plants and how to take care of them, and any other science/plant related subjects. The Textile Museum is about 5,000 year old textiles. Textiles are " flexible material consisting of a network of natural or artificial fibres often referred to as thread or yarn." The Textile Museums has years of old fabric made from ancient times that have yet to be destroyed or even look seemingly disturbed, and thats what makes it amazing, and as for the U.S. National Arboretum Museum, any one who's growing a garden or wants to know about plants can learn it there. These museums would ntrest qny artistically talented person to go and experience whats in store for theme

Spy and Holocaust Museum

Hello everybody the Museums that are soon to be updated are going to be about some of the nations achievements, and tragedies. The Spy Museum, as it's name dictates is about the world of espionage. The Spy Museum has great details, and documentaries about it's spies that have been sent to spy on other nations during war times.

The other museum that I would like to talk about is the Holocaust Museum a museum that is dedicated to remembering all the victims that lost their lives during the holocaust. I've only been to the holocaust once, and when I went there, some of the things I say would make you wonder how could someone so this. Everything that was used in the holocaust was put in the museum, the stench that followed is the stench of those who suffered and it was just too unbearable. All I can say is that the experience there is one you should take to heart.

Newseum and Baltimore Aquarium

Hello Everybody this is my third blog (hooray). Alright now then to talk about Museums. First up the Newseum. The Newseum is a very unique museum because it has a small movie theatre that for once does not put people to sleep rather it excites people . If you've been to the Newseum then you know what I'm talking about if you don't then i'll tell you. The theater has a 4-D special effect where the images look as if they are actuually coming out of the screen, they also stimulate a feeling so when you see the images it'll feel realistic to whomever watchs. The Baltiore Aquarium also has a 4-D movie but there are many more excitments than that such as the animals there. The Baltimore Aquarium as you should know houses many aquatic creatures that you normally wouldn't see everyday.
